On wednesday, 5th November at 6:19pm, one of my best friends, AG, gave birth to Freddie who weighed in at 8lb 0.5 ounces.

He has a big head. I cried when I thought about her labour.

Anyway, he's the sweetest, cutest, softest thing ever, and watching AG with him is so amazing.

God I'm feeling broody.

Yay, AG! tell her congrats, darling.

oh, and Sarah and I have NOT forgotten your birthday...we just have decided that we're celebrating it later in the year this year. So feel not neglected! we're deliberating and when we pick a date for your birthday celebrations, we'll let you know.

and don't worry too much about Freddie's head. remember the quote from Chasing Amy- "our bodies are designed to pass children". or somesuch. what goes in must come out. :)

I suggest Dec 25th for birthday celebrations, and since Laura will likely be pre-occupied with Christmas gifts at that point I'm more than happy to act as a gift-receiving surrogate.

That's just how nice I am :)
