When he read his possible client's vague description of this place, Shelly expected a much more dreary place; something like a prison, perhaps. Anything but a luxurious mansion. But looks can be deceiving - he knows that well - and so, it isn't much of a stretch to imagine that such an apparently pleasant place could be concealing something much darker.

That man he sees at the front door is, he presumes, the one who called him here. He approaches him, saying nothing for now.

Some prisons were more obvious than others. This indeed looked like a pleasant place to live in but 11-12 himself looks nervous as he spots Shelly, who appeared very out of place to him.

He waves him forward, stepping out of the way of the doorway so Shelly can enter.

He can tell the young man is nervous - he believes he can see why, too - and gives him a smile that should be reassuring.

Shelly steps in, and soon he begins to feel slightly out of place as well. His dark clothing contrasts with the pale surroundings. How fortunate that he didn't simply jump head-first into this world...

"I distracted the guards," 11-12 says, leading the way through the mansion up a long staircase and down a long hallway to his room. "Here. Come in here. We'll have privacy. Or as much as we can have."
