Do i have to live up to everyone's expectations? no u dont. i cracked like an egg [lol] last year- "| I'm gonna try my best but every egg cracks. |" - even tho it wasnt that hard- just handling all that stress and two languages and completely new schooling, and on top of that reeeeeeeeally hard work [4 hours a day worth of hw] and they expected u to do a sport as well every term. i just , well cracked. i really do know how u feel roopie :D but after all, when my parents finally FINALLY eased their pressure on the 'dream' of having me go to ivy league med-school. i suddenly felt sooooo much better. is that what u mean by everyone's expectations?? maybe u should talk to 'everyone' and tell them, 'im not some perfect kid. so can u lift ur expectations. its giving me stress that is going to eventually destroy me' or something along those lines. just consider that u know

roopa everyone will still love you even if you mess up a little! but i understand that you want to live up to everyone's expectations, and that's normal! if people have expectations, it's natural to want to live up to them! the question is: is it really worth it? you're so smart, you would get straight A's even if you didn't treat every assignment like the most important assignment in the world. you are such an awesome person, please don't become a scrambled egg yolk :(
