((This post is exactly what it appears to be-- Black☆Star is wrecking the apartments with wild abandon (and not on both sides equally). He's mostly concentrating on the roof and exterior up top for maximum visibility, including graffiting his name in huge letters, but feel free to assume he shattered your windows or something if you like. Mods, if there's any way for him to spend money he doesn't have, -$50 for spray paint and a hammer. Otherwise, I'll just assume he grabbed them somewhere.
EDIT: Please subtract the $50 from Tsubaki, with permission. Also, frown here on out, Black*Star is cursed and will not be likely to risk his fabeled bigness to talk to you unless you really piss him off))
