oh man, i totally felt the same way. i started taking those pills that make you poop (why can i not think of their name?) when i was in treatment and part of me really got a addicted to the feeling. i knew it was disgusting but it was just another facet of bulimia and releasing something.

totally. it's that purging, orgasmic feeling. the build up and release. are you the one that told me this?: an orgasm feels so magnificent for nothing more than it is a build up and release. it makes sense. thats why peeing, pooping, burping, hunger followed by fullness, tiredness followed by sleep, etc feels so good.
