Nuevo Apartamento

Got a call today and Bobby and I got the approval for an apartment we visited on Saturday!  How exciting!  Its always nerve racking waiting for them to decide, even when we know there really isn't any reason for them not to approve us.  But anyways, at the end of the month we will be moving to The Calais at Courtlandt Square in midtown.

i wonder if u can still put me as a referal? (referal name: david tinkle apt 2104) hehe. reason being is that we get a nice referal bonus ($500 off rent) AND if u did, i would be happy to treat you guys to many rounds of drinks or buy u a really nice housewarming gift. ;)

LOL.. I did think about you when we were there but I didn't really think we were actually gonna move there so I made no effort to find out your last name! When we sign the lease I'll see if they will let us change the refferal.. But yes, we'll have to get together sometime, meet some new neighbors.. and I'm guessing we'll have a party sometime mid-summer.

We wil be in the third building, I think the address is 3410 Louisiana apt#3123.. it is a Toulouse :)
