the other day the wife maybe an AWESOME flapjack-esque fruit crumble with rhubarb from our garden. Not only was this awesome, but we had it with vegan custard. WIN!

veganism is wearing a bit thin now tho... 2 weeks today and we will be gorging ourselves silly on BBQ'd meat in a muddy field. yes.

just an attempt to eat better: less crap, more fruit and veg, more stuff made at home from scratch, less (no) takeaways, and so on.
