[Filtered to KND, and naturally, away from the usual suspects.]Everyone, the hazmat men are upon us! But let's not panic; I knew this day would come, so I made some last minute provisions. That's why I said to evacuate the houses with traps. And I got a few oxygen masks. Not as many as I wanted, but I can make use of them.

Did anyone ever give you the full details from Westport? The more of them you take down, with traps or... whatever... the more gas they let loose.

It clogs the air, and then you can't breathe no matter where you are.

I see. If it could get that bad, there will be a problem.

There's got to be some way to purify the air...

I don't have a gun, but there's plenty of knives at my house! Would that work?

It could, but getting close enough to stab them sounds like a potentially bad idea, if they are in a group.

I could just throw them.

Really? [he didn't know Sealand knew how to throw knives...]

That would be better.

Uh... I don't know how to shoot, but Pachirisu can fill an area with lightning. Would that help at all?

Not sure. I haven't heard of any attempts to use electricity against them, so it could be a gamble. But it may give us the element of surprise....

Well, I could always just freeze them with Buneary's Ice Beam... That'll work from range, too.

Sounds good.

[but wait. His paranoia sets in again]

I hear the hazmat men's suits are covered in strange chemicals. Depending on what they are, they could have adverse affects meeting with water...

I think if you use your pokemon, you need to be in a position where you can call them back and run immediately if something goes wrong.

Numbuh 1, Numbuh 1! Do you think we can use the hamsters!

They'll be harder for those creepy guys to see!

Hmm... I guess I don't see why not. There's no computer for them to power anymore, so if we can use them for this..

They can move messages and supplies!

I'll go tell them!

Perfect!

And speaking of messages, I just got our team's communicator headpieces back. I'll give you one so I can keep you and the hamsters updated.

I can PSI-blast them from a distance. I'd prefer it from a distance, actually.

I'm boarding my house up if anybody needs a place to stay.

I'd prefer it too, but we have to be prepared for that distance to close. Do you have a raincoat? I can give you a mask too.

Thanks, Raz. I'll tell anyone who's looking for a place.

Nope, but I have enough clothes to cover everything but my face, so I should be good with just a mask.

All right, then I'll make sure you get one.
