You really shouldn't be allowed to make me cry this much so early in the morning, but here I am with tears streaming down my face. I never expected this to end happy because reality in these situations often doesn't. Chanyeol literally burst into Baekhyun's life in a burst of colours, and even though Chanyeol didn't get his wish, he made Baekhyun's last few days so filed with happiness and colour. The ending was the most beautiful thing, it was so bittersweet, with the 'see you later's and with Baekhyun riding off on a hot air balloon. How fitting. (and now all I can imagine is Chanyeol bringing a white balloon to the cemetery and tying it on Baekhyun's grave whenever he misses him) I'M JUST GOING TO GO AND SOB IN A CORNER FOR THE NEXT MILLENIUM. I've always been a huge fan of your writing, ever since the days of 'bet on me' and the haehyuk harry potter verse, THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL STORY WITH BEAUTIFUL WRITING. I adore this <3
