a wall sit is basically just like as if you were sitting with your back to the wall in a chair, but there's no chair, it's just a wall. it's pretty brutal on your quads even if you do it for just 2 minutes. but 25 minutes is just insane.
it was becca chohlas-wood. she did it during cross country.
