I've started doing 50 crunches a day and 50 push ups. I should probably bump to 100 crunches. My goal's to be able to do 200 push ups by the end of next semester which is a RIDICULOUS GOAL but that's the whole point.

as for winter jesus. idk. go home for winter break, hope i don't die to the trip home, then start spring semester and TUUURN THE HEAT UP.

in spring i am going to be going to clubs and dances as fucking frequently as i can

it really is

exercise is amazingly easy when you are doing it to super gay music

WELL, i'm mostly angling for flexibility - especially in ze legs

any advice there?
