you're blaming Bush for Katrina?? for the flooding that happened after the hurricane???? cuz that's what it sounds like. I doubt this would have been much different if Botox Kerry had been elected. Seen pictures of him lately?? He's so busy caring about the issues of this nation except he had time to go get his face frozen. he has less wrinkles now than during the campaign.

Ok, you know what? that person who said it wasn't their turn is an idiot. but...um...sweetie.....you might want to calm down....a liiiiittle bit. Yes, people should help, and it's wonderful that you want to help by donating, but blogging a lecture at us will not make people more likely to donate, but more likely to ignore it. If someone hasn't already helped in some way, then they won't ever.

Didja read David's page? If you did, you'd know what I'm talking about as to Bush's policies and Katrina. David just says it better than I can. :)

And blogs are places to rant. If it doesn't pertain to you, don't take it personally, but don't disregard it publicly. If I posted it, then it means something to me and I want to get it off my chest, that's all. It doesn't matter to me if what I say affects wether someone donates or not, it's just something I need to say in order for me to be able to move on to more happier things :)

Exactly. In 2003 and 2004, the Bush administration cut the funds that were to be used for bolstering those levees and sent the money to Iraq instead.

Just like they sent Lousiana's National Gaurd to Iraq as well. Splendid.
