aww...*hugs* well lent is almost over. venting is good, or possibly beating things is another good way to relieve stress and pent-up emotions. at least the second option works well for me.
i was giving up chocolate, ice cream and cake. Until I got coerced into eating a slice of tres leches cheesecake, and the whole thing unraveled. Then the stupid cook from the downstairs cafe told one time I was eating a slice of the groom's cake from one of the weddings, that I shouldn't eat that since it isn't good for me...who died and made him my mum! Stupid guy, I don't get along with him...wearing lip gloss and colouring in his brows.
You should vent. Otherwise, you'll be crazy like me. I'm only PARTIALLY kidding.
It's best to get things out...if you keep them bottled up, they DO NOT go away. You just have to fight them for control over yourself...usually at the LEAST opportune times.
*has a good idea!* If you still have the cell phone number I was using last time I came to the US, call that and vent to the voicemail if you need to. Then, send me an email so I'll know to check the messages.
