If we happen to meet in the hallway at work and start talking, and then we end up in the bathroom in stalls next to each other, and you are done before me, please just wash your hands and leave. Do not start jokingly asking me if I am on a scheduled break or a lunch break or going on about how long I have been away from my desk or whatever so that

yeah, one or 2 comments to finish up a conversation is OK, waiting around for someone and talking to them - not cool!

Agreed. Bathrooms are for privacy. Right now we have our own private bathrooms but when we move to the new space we'll have communal ones again...so I'm sure awkwardness will occur at some point...
