Main/Canon/enterpriserpg: Born in New Orleans, raised an only child very much into the arts, joined Starfleet at 19 and was assigned to the Enterprise as Head Nurse at 24. Unless otherwise stated (or implied by the threading partner) this is the verse Christine plays.
Canon Variation/rubycity_rp: Same as above, but taken to the mysterious and dangerous Ruby City by unknown methods during an away mission.
Modern AU: Born in New Orleans, raised an only child, moved to attend New York University after high school, receiving a Master of Science in Nursing while dating, moving in with, and becoming engaged to Roger Korby. Not long after graduation, Christine was working at a hospital and Roger was assigned to a research position in Antarctica. There, he fell in love with a redhead, so Christine, heart-broken, moved out and moved on.
Angelverse: Born in New Orleans in 1923, Christine was killed on the USS Comfort in 1945. One thing lead to another and she eventually wound up on Guardian Angel duty, watching over the Enterprise. Also on the team: my_god_man, assorted folks that drop by.

Incorrigible 'Verse: Set a few years into the Enterprise's mission, Christine agrees to make a legitimate try at a relationship with Montgomery Scott (transwarp_beam)... just as soon as she figures out how to address him.

Right Kind of Medicine: During their time together running the Enterprise's Sickbay, Christine and Leonard McCoy (hesdead_jim) take a stab at having a relationship. When Christine becomes pregnant, they do some reevaluation of their situation and decide to marry. Some time after the arrival of their baby boy, Leonard is diagnoised with xenopolycythemia and is given less than a year to live. With Christine heading the research for the cure, they move back to Earth, letting Leonard spend what may be his last months alive, home.

Pre-Med: He's a goody-two-shoes aspiring doctor and she's a notoriously easy former aspiring dancer, but now maybe aspiring nurse. Of course they fall in love. Played with Leonard as a teenager (hesdead_jim).
Moonsong: It's her science and baking that first attracts Spock (themostevolved) to Christine, but the pair begin to find an assortment of reasons to grow closer, with Spock eventually claiming her as his life partner.
Note, the first: In all the canon-based 'verses, Christine has known Tonia Barrows (onshoreleave) since childhood, having spent summers together at summer camp. They met up again in their teens, and were lucky enough to be assigned to the same ship after joining Starfleet.
