On being clever and crafty
Hi lovelies,
I have graduated:
But much more exciting; I made this tunic/dress:
I am so proud of myself, having not used a sewing machine since I was at school, and then only briefly. The seams are kind of wonky and it is a long way from perfect (I don't think claire_wain need lose any sleep...) but I started on Friday and was wearing it yesterday, so am impressed. Sewing may be much more my thing than knitting, cos unlike puddingcat, nannyo and the rest of you clever knitters, I don't have the patience to finish things that take so long.
Am off to buy some more fabric now...
