can't believe I missed this. of course it wouldn't have been the same if I were there to gossip with you, I guess.

p.s. I love walking dogs but the last time I got one from the shelter, it was antisocial, matted and had diarrhea.

Maybe BARC has gotten better since then? nursedoa May 16 2007, 15:21:50 UTC
Yeah, it sucks that you missed scarfing my mac n' cheese! I have had pretty good experiences so far at BARC. My most recent dog pissed on me, a lot, but only when he was excited, so I guess he really liked me. Most of the dogs are very land-of-misfit-toys, you should give them another chance. this post/idea is awesome.

i feel that way about running. i'm out there on the track in my gear and i'm looking around like "i so don't belong here"... so strange.

I think it is awesome the you are really sticking with the running, it must feel really amazing when you hit that high and the world just seems like manageable terrain, simply and easy to traverse.

Thank you. nursedoa May 16 2007, 15:13:58 UTC
I must admit, I took a lot of what you wrote recently to heart. I think we are all trying our best to open our eyes a little wider.
