It's nearly a week now since I have been unable to log on nf.com and I'm fucking pissed off with computer. I've tried everything, flushing dns, having router off etc and nothing has worked. This is so ridicious.

Oh mate I have no idea. Di still can't get on either. She's contacted her provider but they can't suggest anything. Have you downloaded any new programmes recently that may be interfering with opening the site?

No I haven't downloaded anything new as far as I know. I hope it reappears soon or I shall have to forget it :( I'd be gutted.

You tried using a modem (if you have one) in case it is the router?

Someone else said that Norton may be causing problems too due to an update not fully downloading and to try removing/installing it again.

Rosa couldn't get on for a while today but leaving the router off for a few hours seemed to help.
