It is so much easier to just trap the cats, get them spayed or neutered and release them. What PLANS does the mayor have for them?

Here's also my question. Ferals are notoriously difficult to catch. What's going to stop people from collecting their neighbor's housecats and hauling them in?

God, the world is made of stupid. Thanks. I'll fire off a nastygram AND get some more people involved, and really make his life miserable. Probably not before Saturday, when I finally get some time off work.
