All I can think about this week is Parks and Recreation, but I don't have any coherent thoughts because it was the last week of school and Greg is out of town and my mother was visiting, so, yeah. Instead I'm just stumbling around LJ and Tumblr reading everyone else's thoughts and looking at picspam. Which isn't so bad, really.
Then in the car tonight Jack, who is 13, asked me how he's not supposed to objectify girls (something we've talked about) when they wear pants with words across the butt "on purpose so you'll look at them." It's not a bad question because there are some distinctions to be made but I rambled until he didn't want to talk anymore. I guess it's not easy to be thirteen, but it's not easy feeling responsible for someone else's character, either.
