Why oh why can't I ever go to sleep? This is my life. I come home from work or school and I tell myself "leesa you're going to take a nap" or "Leesa, you're going to go straight to sleep". But instead I lay there for hours (HOURS people!) and think of everything I did wrong that day or what was amazing about the day. I haven't slept properly in ( Read more... )

leesa i do the same thing. it's unbelievably angering. and then i stay awake because i'm angry. about not sleeping. and who's the date? or was that just an example?
