Every since we decided to get married... I've been contemplating on whether I should sign up for a Facial Package…

Most of my close friends are already frequent patrons of beauty salons and have been taking care of their skins since they got their first pay-check….

As for me, my skin was never “bad” to begin with… hardly had pimples, or excessively

i have been w leonard drake for almost 3 years & intro-ed a few frens (the perks r quite gd).. been quite happy with them cos they don't hard sell; and they have taken pretty good care of me so far.

however, u just need to note that they have a tendency to upsell to help u finish up your credits earlier or buy more packages to complement your passion package. why didn't u change your pdt voucher to points? u also got the 4 free eye treatments, right?

really? you've been with them for so long? yeah, I get a sense of professionlism just on my first try! so we'll see how it works out... and i'll take your heed on them trying to "upsell" to me... =)

i think i got the eye treatments as well... and some slimming thingy =P

hmm... i don't remember facials being that expensive. i remember signing up with one place in bugis where i paid about $30 per session, for i think 12 sessions?

really? I guess a facial now costs $60 - $100+? depending on what they do and the kind of products that they use... do you still go to that bugis place? we can always go for more facials right =P

i dunno... what i want in a good facial is for the beautician to clear all my comedones (white and black heads). haa...

i haven't gone back to the bugis one (it's actually at fu lu shou complex) ever since after my wedding... got lazy :P plus, now i have signed up for a package with true spa, that's the one i go to if i want a facial or massage or mani/pedicure.

yeah!!! i also want my black heads & white heads to be gone! =P how's your experience with true spa? I think my next indulgence would be for one with a massage option =)

i've been thinking of signing up with LD as well, so how was your first session? i've got problems with blackheads as well... do they do extraction? i don't mind the pain. hahaha!

really? The first session was pretty good! but then again, its too early to judge... but i finally signed with them cos of 2 friend's recommendations...

yeah, they do extraction... but i feel that its not painful (compared to threading =P), the beautician said that not all the blackheads will come out in the first few facials, must have a few rounds of extractions before its clear...
