It's been a busy few days.. I've uploaded new photos of the bedroom, you can view them here. We've also changed all the door handles throughout the flat, you can actually see them in the last pic of the bedroom (looking towards the door

Yup, it's purple! :) I was hesitant to begin with, but I actually like it.

haven't really been in an lj-updating mood, so i'll tell you here: got my test results yesterday, for college admission... i did much, much better than i thought; indeed, i was expecting the worst. results for applications come in on jan 16th. i have two more colleges to apply to, i'll most likely do that tomorrow.

the college i applied to today is in santiago. if i were to study there, i'd have to find a place to live, and see if the finances would hold... my sister didn't do as well, but she says she wants to study this year anyway [even if it isn't where she wants] instead of wait another, so... no idea about anything monetary u.u

again, that is a really cool color. makes me want a purple wall of my own, hehe :P but i don't know, is it just THAT wall, or is there a whole purple ROOM?? i just now got confused...

Regarding the purple wall, it's just the one wall in the bedroom that's purple. Originally 2 walls were (a much darker) purple and the rest were a cream colour. The blue is calming and warm, and the purple adds a bit of vibrance. It's only a small wall so it's more of a feature.
