Today is Squirrel Appreciation Day! I appreciate them every day, of course, but in their honor I took a few pictures of them earlier today while they were snacking out on the deck. So here you go, some of the cutest of our furry friends.

I agree. Someone should paint one. Hint, hint. (I would tell you I would even buy the painting, but I doubt I could afford it. But I could look at it on line.)

Thank you. I keep taking pictures of them, but I haven't yet caught my perfect squirrel pic. I do adore them, though.
