Even for Lynch, that trailer was totally nonsensical. Still, I'm really looking forward to seeing it.

What kind of sense does a trailer have to make? The appeal of this one is that it made me say, "What the fuck?" It got me more intrigued about a movie I already wanted to see. I watched it about 10 times yesterday.

By the way, the film is 3 hours, shot on consumer-grade video, and considered his least compromising since Eraserhead. That's saying something.

Thanks. I don't know if I like this 1930s starlet version of Hilary Duff. I think she's now lost the (once seemingly unbreakable) Disneyfied approachability that made her such a curious celebrity in the first place. Although this version is very David Lynch. Apropos.
