Me:  "Wow ... and don't you think that the time you have spent to arrest all *those* people could have been better spent solving far more serious crimes?  Lotsa rapes and murders going unsolved out there."

I guess this is one of the reasons Prop 19 was killed. Cops need to get their fix arresting happy, stoned people *rolls eyes*
