I wondered that (about myself, obv) about 2 years ago. I now have a Class 2 HGV licence under my belt and I'm working for a company that, if I play my cards right, will pay for my Class 1.

In short, just think "What am I good at?" or "What do I enjoy doing a lot?" then think "How can I earn a living doing it?" and work backwards from there until you work out what the first step is.
