The Unzipping.

Aug 22, 2004 20:46

OMGOMGOMGOMG. Remember what I talked about in my previous post about Pieter/Ian? Thanks to a link from ian_pieter, I now have screencaps of The Unzipping. And the angle is even better than the one I have on tape! OMG.

Not dial-up friendly (13 pictures) and obviously slashy-ness included so don't click if you're uncomfortable with slash.

After the 200m Freestyle race,

Ian is trying to unzip his suit before getting out of the pool..

but it''s proving a little difficult to do by himself.

Still trying.

And trying. Imagine the frustration. Maybe another pair of hands is needed for this job.

Notice the smile on his face as he places his hand on Pieter's shoulder.

HELP IS ON THE WAY! :D

Goodness, Pieter must be enjoying this. Ian obviously is *cough*

I mean, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO JUST PULL DOWN A ZIP? ;)

Great work. I can finally breathe! Thanks mate! Willing to return the favour anytime!

Time to get out of the pool.

Suit unzipped!

(Screencaps are not my own, they were made by someone from the TWoP boards.)

Again, swimming OTP 4eva!! =p

Watching the Olympics has given me a lot of excess energy I think, and for the first time in 3 weeks, I decided to get off my lazy butt and go for dance class. I wonder where everyone else went. Today there were only 5 people, but it's good - more space and all regulars so we were able to do something faster.

After that, headed down to town to catch a sneak preview of The Bourne Supremacy. I've been looking forward to this for quite some time since I had enjoyed The Bourne Identity so much two years back. As much as I had enjoyed the first movie, I never really did figure out the whole conspiracy theory thing. It's much clearer now with the sequel. I enjoyed this one too, even though a lot of the shots had a bit too much for me to take in all at once. And I should learn to stop drinking so much coke before and during a movie. Urgh. I just always feel like I need a drink even though I know I have the weakest 18-year-old bladder ever. I can't imagnie how the sequel will continue though =\ I never really got round to picking up the books for a read.

1. I cannot believe that Franka Potente died! She didn't even make it as far as 30mins into the movie! When he left her in the water, I was in total disbelief. Also wanted to scream at Matt Damon for being such a jerk and leaving her behind. And I thought I read somewhere that the movie was about her being abducted, but I guess not. I wonder where I got that idea from.

2. At the end of the movie, I turned to my friend and told her "Matt Damon so does not look like a DAVID. He's more of a Jason." hahaha

3. Also told my friend I have to check out how long it really takes to DRIVE from Naples to Munich, and then to Berlin. Just for like, geekiness sake. I think it would be totally cool to do something like in real life. Ahh, reason to learn driving =D The European scenery is one of the things that makes the Bourne movies so good too I think :]

4. Love the music! So apt and suited to the atmosphere of the movie

5. KARL URBAN. Uber assassin coolness ;)

6. That long car chase scene with Karl Urban and Matt Damon had me knowing my breath the entire way until the finally crashed into that divider. Was also thinking about how many cilvians on the road were killed in their relentless pursuit of Jason Bourne. So pointless? sigh.

Tried to rush home to watch the Table Tennis match between our Li Jia Wei and North Korea, but didn't make it back in time. I was listening to updates on the radio though, and we missed out on the bronze again once more :(

And if you haven't heard about the gymnastics scoring error, here are two links about it.

PS: Just changed my comments page back to the 'normal' kind instead of it following the component style.

ETA: Realised that the first Gymnastics events finals are TONIGHT! They're not playing here though *sulks* Not even a delayed telecast tomorrow morning.
