wonder why when i get up in the morning i have to take 1/2 to an hr. to relax and untense... isn't that why i sleep at night, to relax and get rest? do i sleep that tense, i just don't get it. when i got up this morning i had to use my moist heat pad to relax again for 45 min. before getting up when the alarm (music) went off... this can't be ( Read more... )
