Gokudera never understood the song "Sad Movies Made Me Cry", but recently he began to.

He never had any special feelings except for the Tenth. But those feelings were of respect, gratitude and admiration for someone who is more superior than himself. Other than himself and his real family, he thought everyone was was inferior to him. Especially with the baseball idiot who refused to go away.

He didn't really dislike the baseball idiot. He was just annoying. Gokudera always thought that whether his presence in the family was insignificant. After all, who needed a baseball player in a mafia family. Yet sometimes, he was grateful for his presence. Like when Yamamoto treated them sushi after school. Or when he needed assistance while protecting the tenth. Or when he needed good target practice since Yamamoto's reflexes were quick enough to dodge his own dynamites.

However, he happened to stumbled across something that caused his heart to stopped for two seconds because of the said person.

He wasn't supposed to be there actually. He simply happened to walk pass the room to get to the other side. The door was opened and when he looked inside the disciplinary room, he saw the baseball idiot gently caressing the hair of a sleeping Hibari. Those eyes reflected care, concern, curiosity and importantly, perhaps, of love.

Standing at the door, Gokudera paused. He felt as if he was watching something he shouldn't have seen. It was a very personal moment for the baseball idiot and he felt like he was intruding, but Gokudera couldn't tear his eyes away from him. Something was wrong with him. As if something in him went wrong or died. He couldn't move his limbs at all. It was a painful feeling in his chest that he never felt before and it hurt more than any kind of physical injury that he had gotten.

Then he realised, it was probably his heart, shattering inside.
