So July was a rough month and August not much better. I threw up my hands and walked away from Chet again after he said if I wanted to get married for the sake of getting married I should just marry an illegal immigrant. Because obvioulsy I"m so undesirable only green card seekers would want to marry me. Please. Some drama at work left me

I've thought about moving away several times too. It's so scary, but I guess if I had the opportunity, I'd also seriously think about it.

I say go for it, apply for the job, see what happens. What's the worst that can happen? You go out there and hate it? Then you move back!

It is a scary thought. But so true... I can always go home again. That's why I think I'll give myself a year in a new place and take it from there. I have some time to think about it, I figure with the two weddings I'm in (and one I'm attending) in this area this fall it'd be a little impractical/extra costly to move now, as I'd need to fly back for three weddings, two showers and Thanksgiving. So I can research and apply for jobs and visit places and get a feel for where I want to go
