Zane and I just made Chambord and Caillebaut chocolate truffles rolled in cocoa.   yum.   Real good, real super simple.  We used Alton Brown instructions and substituted Chambord for brandy.

(Also created a chocolate dipped bacon stick.  it's much better than it sounds.  enjoy in moderation.)
