Probably being cut slowly into 100 pieces would be painful...or "four quarters" would hurt (that's where they tie each of your 4 limbs to a horse and have them walk slowly in 4 different directions). Or being impaled in the stomach by a long rod and then have the rod turn slowly to a 90 degree angle while you slide down it. Hmm...or having your beating heart cut out of your chest while you watched some one take a bite out of it (thank you for showing me that movie, Mr. Hart).
