The sauce stuff was pureed raspberries!!!  I'm sure there was like liquor in there, too.  There was hot fudge lava inside the little souffle.  It oozed out of it when we attacked it with our forks.  Notice the mood lighting?  I was completely seduced by this dessert!

I don't know how to do anything with photos. I like the color, but it messes with the whole mood lighting thing.

You need to make a moulten chocolate souffle.

I read that a kitchen specialized in "flourless chocolate cakes"... in the kitchen they made them in used catfood tins and called them "cat food tarts"
