I love your dialogue (;)), and your writing. I shall point out several sentences that really stuck out to me:
"and a pretty good backside when she’s had the chance to admire it discreetly." < you know why.
"Marilyn stares at him, her red dress matching the red roses blooming all around them." < pretttty.
Well let's just say the entire end of 4 is quoteworthy...you know why.
and this... "“I can’t, I can’t.” Marilyn motions for Thomas to take Patricia away. It’s too much." < sooo deep and sooo sad and I can totally see Mary saying this.
I want to seeee this movie now. :) AND this is like a record breaking length story for you! Good job. It's wonderful!

The "Liar" thing is actually from the movie. She says it in 3 of the 5 scenes she's in! So I can't take credit. I just took the idea and expanded on it. And the last line you quoted, Mary DOES say that. All of #5s dialogue is straight from the movie, I just filled in the emotions, etc. If you watch it, you'll see.
I no comment on your you know why's :p

And from others comments I gathered that she used the word liar to some avail. Though you STILL say it. So there. :P
Coitus. (hehe)

Thanks for this! It's been a long time since I indulged in this little Mary-fandom.

It was fun to create a backstory for these two. I kinda like that I had a lot of freedom with it, especially since I've never read any other fanfic for this film so I was working from a blank slate!
