For everyone who does not know, Jill is sick. Terribly sick. More sick than she'll ever be in her life (hopefully).

I thought, once or twice, that I would die. Maybe I will. I have no idea.

No I'm just being a punk. I'm not going to die. (Though I have anticipated an emergency hospital visit three times now)
