i agree, there should be some sort of idiocy penalty.

but you know it's the parents' fault too. they didn't have their cabinets childproofed.

although id love to blame the parents for raising kids stupid enough to huff toxic fumes, you cant childproof against a 15 year old. this is pure idiocy on the part of the children
