That's pretty awesome!

Perhaps our characters hooked up sometime in the 60s or 70s briefly during a gun-running mission? I can see Victoria hiring the Kestrels to help her move a large cache of weapons - possibly to the Balkans or Mideast wherever else there was a war.

Alternatively (or even additionally), you could have helped her get into Russia in 1992 after the USSR collapsed.

Either one works, the Kestrels are largely just a motorbike gang though! But yeah, both work out for me!
