I think it has to do with questionable effort in practice. When Kirk Snyder was inserted into the line-up and the Hornets kept on winning, Scott must have figured "if shit ain't broke, don't fix it," and left him there.
There are some rumors of him being trade, but I don't think there's much truth behind any of them. There's too much talent and potential to be traded away, if you ask me.
With J.R. being one of my favorite players, I really hope to see him getting more minutes soon. But if we are winning, I really can't complain that much.
