Ok, so my BFF is being a little dumb at the moment. She's not going to go out with the guy from the concert. She's going to get back with her ex, the a**hole. He's never going to change, doesn't she realize that??
Sometimes, she drives me crazy!! It's a wonder I'm not bald from pulling my hair out in frustration! But of course, I still love her

i know exactly what you mean. one of my friends used to do the same thing. its like a mentally abusive relationship :\

Exactly. He makes her feel bad for wanting to do her own thing, for not spending all her free time with him, etc. He pulls these major guilt trips until she gives in and SHE'S apologizing! It's nauseating and infurating at the same time!
But, I guess for a lot of people, change is hard. And as Rob Thomas sagely states: "I don't wanna be lonely no more. I don't wanna have to pay for this. I don't wanna know the lover at my door is just another heartache on my list."

yup, you're right. change can be extremely hard for some. It makes me wonder if they'll ever be truly happy :\
