So yesterday was an historic day. The Supreme Court finally ruled that denying civil rights to an entire group of Americans based on a religious principal is unconstitutional, and in doing so, opened the door for real change in this country. My children may still have to grow up in a country plagued by the senseless rants of angry Jesus freaks,

I don't know all that much about American politics beyond what shows up on the few news sites I frequent, but I followed this one and am still pretty interested in what's going on in Texas with the abortion bill. This is quite impressive, America. Congratulations are definitely in order for your brother :) still, keeping my fingers crossed that it's only uphill from here.
