You're alive! I missed you. VAA is so different these days. I try to stay involved, but things really are quite different these days. The YouTube auditions, especially, kind of throw me off. I think it's because people want comments on their auditions. Sort of like an "American Idol" thing where everyone gets to see everything instead of stuff happening behind closed doors. I miss hearing your voice around, though.

Yeah, I really don't like these YouTube audition things either. :/ I don't think I'll try out for anything that forces me to use YouTube to audition, unless the project seems AMAZING or something.

I actually auditioned for some random fandub clip about two weeks ago and got a part in it, so it'll be the first thing I record for in 2 years. I'll try auditioning for other projects, as long as: (1) they don't force me to YouTube audition; (2) they don't netspeak the entire audition thread; (3) their audition thread is nice and organized, and looks like the dude/gal has himself/herself together; (4) it is not one of those abridged series things. I don't care whether it's a fandub, an original and whatnot, but already, I see certain things I won't even go near. +__+ Uwaa.

"Uwaa." <--- THIS. I miss you a lot.

Please wish Nick a Happy belated Birthday for me! And I expect to see some art from you soon then, hehe :)

Oh, and one more thing! (5) If, for fandubs/fan works, they tell us to go dig up some character lines ourselves. Man, I saw this one the other day and was like ... That is just the laziest thing to me. If I don't know what comic/anime/manga/game your fan work is based on, unless I watch/read/play the series myself (and what if I don't want to or don't have time?), how can I get suitable audition lines? *shakes head*

good to hear that you're still around :3. VAA is so weird now. I'm not as motivated these days. I only browse the forum when I randomly remember it.

:D Yay, you're alive. Haha, I've actually been wondering where you were. Who will be my Rika again if I decide to do another clip? :P

It feels weird for me to go look back into VAA too. Nowadays, I only check if there's anyone I know holding a project. ;;;

Hope to see some of your art! :D

I was looking back at this entry, nearly a full month later! And seeing your deviantart page and tumblr, and remembering a thread you had started loooooooong ago (like... 2007 long ago), I came up with an idea. It's kind of last minute, but if you have the time, I'll send you an LJ PM with the details!
