Yes- agreed that they gave Martha a MUCH meatier role in this one- BRAVO to the writers in this one! I knew she was gonna keep him on his toes... >:D

Also remember that the next episode in TWO weeks (BOOO!) concerns a ship falling into a star, with Doc and Martha trapped on board. So it could also reference the solar winds there, and that whole adventure. Also recall that at least ONE shot in the trailer has the Doctor looking out at a black hole through the doors of the TARDIS, and looking very grim indeed. ...

Some interesting parallels you've drawn here- it will be fascinating to see how it all comes out. :D
