Just to catch everyone up that hasn't read my Myspace blog, I was able to get approved to get on the waiting list for the new houses that will be built in Riverside later this year through the RADO program. From what I've seen from RADO experiences from friends, I know the timeline isn't always the most accurate, so who really knows when it'll

that's so exciting! it also doubles (quadruples?!?) my desire to find a place in riverside with taya, because it would put us closer to our friends! san marco is nice, but i'm more partial to riverside. and number 3 on the list is good, right?

Hehe, I love your icons because they make me smile! Yes, 3 is a good number on the list. There will be 11 houses in the development, so I'm very safe as far as having a spot. I want to stay in my house as long as I can, however, I DO want it to sell. So if i can get a good profit, I don't mind moving out this month :) John's Mom is coming out on Saturday to take a look at my house, so I'm going to clean things up a bit for her.

Your house will sell quickly I am sure. It's in a great location and is close to a lot of things, but the great thing is you can control the closing date so that you can have some time to move out and find a place!

Thanks. I didn't even think about that. I didn't know I could control closing dates. So that eases some of my stress. Yay.

I'm moving in with David near Normandy, so I'll be glad that you're kinda in the area. I felt like I was going to be leaving all my friends in OP. Congrats for getting on the waiting list.

Congrats on moving in :) You and Kristi are the only things about OP I'll miss. I don't count Leslie since she's MIA all the time :)
