Oh, I feel you! The hardest part about transitioning to 'supervisor' was having to let other people do things I could do better and faster. *sigh* Now I have to wait for things, and then correct things...

Yes, breathe. In with the positive, out with the negative. Lather, Rinse, Repeat.

I hope things get better. aeamek is trying to institute a 'Take charge and change your crappy life' day tomorrow. Evidently it's a very stressful time for just about everyone. :/

i've never been good at the whole "let other people affect my situation" thing; it's one of those life-lessons i should really get under my belt

but, you're right, it's all about directed thought. have been reading lotsa sci-fi and quantam pop-science of late and the idea of rearranging the minutiae of the universe based on personal observation and orientation is highly appealing at the moment. just like Pooh, "thinkthinkthink"

I know I've made a couple of people at work needlessly nervous by looking over their shoulder out of habit, when all that does is make things worse :-/

Hey man, we should get together sometime and watch the movie What The Bleep Do We Know, if'n you're all about the quantum pop-science theme, it's a very good one, I have borrowed the director's cut from my dad, which is a bit longer, but much clearer. Perhaps this upcoming Friday? I will be home from work about 8 pm, give us a call, eh? Or just let me know what you're up to.

What we see reflects our thinking, and our thinking but reflects our choice of what we want to see ;-P

i'd be down with that. i just saw WT#DWK from Netflix and would like to see the director's cut as i found the theatrical version to be somewhat circuitous and unfocused. at the beginning they seemed to have a strong grip on their premise, but then it devolved into some kind of strange treatise on the biochemical repercussions of addictive thought. i think their metaphor got away from them

at any rate, i'd dig the hangage: we should make this happen ;D

¿how is everything else going? people keep asking after you, how you're doing and the like
