Yesterday evening I stumbled upon a link to Heavens Above, a site for spotting the ISS and other satellites. There was apparently going to be a bright Iridium flare visible in ten minutes time, so I found a convenient window on the second floor and watched. I got a really good view from Girton, despite Fulbourn supposedly being the best place to see it from.
