!!! Lots of love and support coming at you from my direction. Bad health is no good. But you can stop it in its tracks, or at least that's what it sounds like. We can both be on a diet together. But don't think of it as a diet! It's just a healthier way of life that will make you feel better. Physically because you'll be only taking in what you need to maintain a healthy weight, and spiritually because you'll develop a deeper appreciation of your food and the way your body works.
