Mr. Matthew Brunner, NYC Program Director at Empire State Pride Agenda will be addressing these and other critical questions at 2 PM on Sunday, November 16th 2008 at the Reform Temple of Forest Hills located at 71-11 112th Street (2 blocks north of Queens Boulevard) Forest Hills Queens 11375.
The Empire State Pride Agenda is New York's statewide lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) civil rights and advocacy organization. Their mission is to win equality and justice for LGBT New Yorkers and their families.
This community event is being sponsored by PFLAG Queens. PFLAG serves gay men, lesbian women, bisexual/pansexual, transgendered persons and their parents, families and friends. Anyone who wants to help end discrimination based on sexual orientation. We welcome "straight, but not narrow" members openly!.
PFLAG (Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) is worldwide support group for the parents, family members and friends of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people that helps them to understand and accept their LGBT family member. We provide opportunity for dialogue about sexual orientation, and act to create a society that is healthy and respectful of human diversity.
