[NYC] Fluid & Festive - BiRequest's Annual Holiday Party

Dec 14, 2010 02:18

The NYC Area Bisexual/Pansexual Community and all their supportive friends and (many!) admirers gets its holiday groove on at BiRequest's ANNUAL HOLIDAY PARTY! this THURSDAY DECEMBER 16th from 6 PM thru 9:30 PM at NYC's LGBT Center in the West Village.

Spicing up the event: a game of Bi Trivia, a Bi Photo Booth and a special presentation from the Shag Shop -- sexy Bisexual Gift Table with Show & Tell, (plus Items from the Shag Shop will be available for purchase, so bring a bit of your gift cash).

Music, Complimentary Snacks and a BYO~ Bar . . . all for $10 requested contribution (more if you can, less if you can't- no one turned away). In true Bi fashion, this event is clothing optional (or not, your choice) . . . so if you wish you can bring your sexiest lingerie - be sexy and free, right down to your mistletoes. We won't be leaving the center for dinner elsewhere this evening, and the party runs thru 9:30 pm . . . so feel free to come when you're out from work, (Bi elves invited to help setup 1 hour before event)Join our famously supportive, BiRequest crowd at one of our well received (dare we say) bi-annual cocktail parties. A community opportunity to express your desires for a fun fluid holiday . . . however you define that. Open to all Bi and bi-friendly folks, of any age, race, gender, sexual or relational orientation. Ours is a tiny example of the rainbow; a safe space to share your perspective and insights into all things Bisexual.
about us: Thanks to the dedication and hard work of many good bisexual folk, BiRequest is a bisexual social discussion group serving the New York City metropolitan area since January 1994. We provide a safe space for bisexuals and bi-friendly people to gather and discuss issues of importance to us.

We're a co-ed group for adults from 18 to 80-plus who meet twice a month every 1st and 3rd Thursday evening at NYC's LGBT Center in the West Village. The meetings are moderated and focused on a discussion topic but not limited to that week's topic.

After the discussion group session, at 8 o'clock we go to dinner at a nearby, reasonably-priced restaurant for socializing and more informal discussion. We also have occasional social events such as movie nights, parties, and much more. Join us for a meeting or event and find the community you've been looking for!
