Cheap non-urgent medical care

My girlfriend just moved to NYC. She has a new job but insurance doesn't start until February and she needs a refill on her Adderall prescription. Any recs for a doctor who won't charge a ton to evaluate her and refill the scrip? My doctor said it would be $125 for a full new-patient workup, so less than that would be great.

I don't see much point to her signing up for health insurance for one month... she just needs to see a doctor in the meantime. Thanks for the suggestion, though!
